Please tell us about your company (when it was founded, where it is based, how many employees, etc) Alternatively, if you do not have a company, please give us some insights on your own professional/academia background.

Graduated last year from the Barcelona School of Architecture, I have carried out several academic projects and participated in some local competitions. I think it is a good time to try myself out in international competitions and show everyone my capabilities.

Brief information about the projects that you/your company have been involved with. For instance, what scale have you focused on/preferred, any significant projects where the company/ individuals have been Involved?

I have participated in many projects, but I think the ones I enjoy the most are renovation ones, building or public spaces.

What does architecture mean to you and what is the role of an architect in your society?

Architecture is for the people, is what sarround us in the everyday life. Architects have to creat meaningful spaces for people to have meaningful lifes.

Why do you participate in architecture competitions?

As a recent graduate in architecture, I feel that I still need to mature in certain aspects when facing a new project. In addition to exploring my capabilities as an architect, participating in this type of competition helps me improve not only in the project phase but mainly in how to efficiently present and explain a project.

What advice would you give to individuals who struggle to decide whether it would be beneficial for them to participate in architecture competitions?

Everyone is different, but if you are just starting out in the world of architecture, this is a great opportunity to learn and prove to yourself what you can do.
