I am a student from the Institute of Architecture at National Yang Ming Chiao Tung University in Hsinchu City, Taiwan, currently specializing in architectural design.
Brief information about the projects that you/your company have been involved with. For instance, what scale have you focused on/preferred, any significant projects where the company/ individuals have been Involved?
I am currently focused on how to respond to architectural issues by addressing the body of architecture and spatial perception, presenting a poetic architectural form that integrates with the environment.
What does architecture mean to you and what is the role of an architect in your society?
Architecture is a spatial vessel created through the bodies and memories of individuals or groups, as well as responses to the environment.
Why do you participate in architecture competitions?
Participating in international architectural competitions provides an opportunity to become acquainted with outstanding designers worldwide. Through competition platforms, designers can engage in mutual exchange and interaction.
What advice would you give to individuals who struggle to decide whether it would be beneficial for them to participate in architecture competitions?
Participating in architectural competitions offers the chance to engage in a global dialogue by presenting one's ideas. It provides a fair and multifaceted communication pathway.
