The project features a collection of modular guest suites and a central courtyard house, positioned within a garden landscape that embraces its natural surroundings. It focuses on providing privacy for guests while encouraging communal interactions. The design aims for a harmonious balance between human-made structures and the landscape, creating a welcoming atmosphere for visitors.

Guest Suites I, II, and III

Guest Suites I, II, and III consist of two-storey units designed to enhance privacy while offering views of the lush garden. These structures have a reduced footprint that allows for a generous amount of landscaping. Windows are placed thoughtfully to allow daylight and fresh air to enter while helping to regulate indoor temperatures. Inside, the dining area features a double height that creates an airy feeling and connects occupants to the outdoors. Mezzanine bedrooms on the upper level provide guests with expansive views of the surrounding farm and trees.

Guest Suites IV and V

Guest Suites IV and V are built on the remnants of older farm buildings. They are slightly lowered into the ground, which strengthens their connection to the landscape. These suites capture beautiful views of Assisi, framed by the wild garden that surrounds them. Each suite includes private terraces, allowing guests to enjoy outdoor moments. Equipped with necessary facilities such as kitchens and storage, the suites cater to longer stays and invite guests to explore the area’s offerings.

The Courtyard House

The Courtyard House acts as the central element of the layout, re-establishing a historic farm structure for modern use. Visitors enter through a new lobby that leads into the lounge area, where an elevated wine tasting space overlooks the courtyard. This setup fosters a social atmosphere, encouraging interactions among guests. A private dining room is positioned for optimal views of the eastern ranges and can be accessed through a grand staircase, enhancing the gathering experience. A practical service entry to the west facilitates easy access to kitchen and storage spaces.

Il Cortile

Il Cortile is designed to provide a unique guest experience at Tili Vini, reflecting the concept of slow travel. The courtyard surrounds the central farmhouse, with guest suites that resemble traditional local buildings, creating a unified look throughout the area. Olive trees and a natural swimming pool enhance the courtyard's charm, offering spaces for various activities or quiet reflection. A path lined with trees leads to the main house, guiding guests through the vibrant landscape.

The project incorporates reclaimed bricks and breathable limewash paint as part of its material choices, emphasizing a commitment to sustainability while harmonizing with the regional aesthetic. Green roofs are included in the design to promote insulation and support local wildlife. The end result is a carefully thought-out environment that encourages a connection between guests and nature.
