04

05

The design of the village accommodates both artists and travelers, creating a space where creativity meets exploration. Situated in a cohesive setting, the layout prioritizes the needs of both groups. It effectively combines living areas for artists with amenities for visitors. The concept focuses on functionality and community interaction, making it a hub of creativity and engagement.

Artist Residences

The area dedicated to artists features residential units arranged around communal spaces. These spaces include a public kitchen and a shared living room, encouraging residents to connect and collaborate. This layout fosters a strong sense of community, allowing for artistic growth. Alongside the residences, a workshop street provides specific areas for artists to work and engage in their craft, integrating creative and commercial activities.

Tourist Amenities

In the tourist section, a hostel and wellness facilities, such as a meditation room, play a significant role. These amenities offer a point of connection between visitors and artists, allowing travelers to immerse themselves in the artistic atmosphere. Circular designs for shared spaces, including tea rooms and yoga areas, facilitate easy movement. This arrangement creates a calm environment where relaxation and social interaction can thrive.

Architectural Aesthetics

The design is characterized by smooth curves inspired by the work of Gaudi, blending naturally with the surrounding landscape. Artist residences contain independent units leading to a spacious living area, designed for gatherings. Balconies add personal outdoor space, enhancing the experience of both residents and visitors while offering views of the landscape.

Functional Spaces

Accommodation for visitors includes four-person units designed for families or groups, providing ample living space and personal kitchen areas. Smaller two-person units cater to solo travelers, offering simple comforts and access to shared resources. This design emphasizes a balance between individual privacy and the collective experience, enhancing connections within the village.

The project integrates shared spaces and personal retreats, resulting in a physical representation of artistic endeavors. Each element contributes to a balanced environment where functionality and creativity coexist, allowing both artists and visitors to enjoy their experiences fully.
