Design a sustainable food court structure for the heart of a classical music festival

We’d like to take the opportunity to introduce you to the Sustainability award winners of our "The Last Nuclear Bomb Memorial / Edition #2" competition – Tatiana Skorduli from Italy!
Tatiana Skorduli from Italy
Recently I graduated from the Politecnico di Milano. During my professional experience I followed decreasing scale of the objects I worked with: from EXPO2020 site development XL to the studio apartment design XS. I started my practice in a large bureau and eventually found myself in an office consisting of few people. At this point of my professional life I would say directly - Less Is More
The architectural mindset has great potential to solve many of the problems our society faces. A very important question is to see these problems, to feel responsibility and the ability to suggest how to make the world a better place.
I love the themes and new directions which the competitions offer. They reflect the pressing problems of today, blending them with insights into future opportunities. It expands my horizons and pushes me to understand the role of an architect on a very large scale, globally.
Whether it's an individual or team competition, the answer you give to a challenge will change you. Boundless creativity will not go unnoticed.
