The Monte D'Oiro Wine Hotel is located in a tranquil landscape that emphasizes the connection between nature and the built environment. It aims to provide a memorable experience for guests while prioritizing functionality and ease of operation. The design concept focuses on a well-planned circulation system, which facilitates easy movement throughout the hotel, reflecting a strong awareness of user needs and environmental context.

Circulation Design

The hotel features a three-level layout that carefully separates service and guest pathways. This distinction enhances operational efficiency while maintaining guest comfort. Stairs and elevators are positioned to support accessibility between floors, providing smooth transitions for visitors. This design choice improves safety during emergencies and enriches the overall user experience.

Functional Spaces

Key areas within the Monte D'Oiro Wine Hotel include sleeping rooms, dining areas, an outdoor swimming pool, and landscaped gardens. The thoughtful layout encourages guests to interact and relax in a variety of settings. Communal spaces, such as outdoor terraces, invite social engagement, creating a welcoming atmosphere for visitors to enjoy their stay.

Material Usage

In terms of materials, the hotel prominently uses reinforced concrete for its columns and beams. This choice offers durability while providing space for various service functions. Inside, wooden ceilings in the sleeping rooms add warmth and a natural touch. Bearing walls in the large venue hall allow for flexible use of the space for different events. Expansive glass openings throughout the design invite natural light and provide views of the gardens and outdoor areas.

Architectural Detailing

The overall design reflects a modern approach while respecting traditional elements in the region. Each architectural feature, from the large windows to the carefully arranged leisure spaces, is designed to enhance the relationship between the building and its natural surroundings. This thoughtful design creates an environment that is functional and inviting for guests.
