The aim is to create a close connection between the building and the surrounding environment. This project prioritizes clear views and engaging spaces to enhance the experience for guests, giving them a strong sense of place.

Design Concept

The main idea behind the design focuses on open spaces that frame the beauty of the vineyard. Large windows and carefully planned corridors provide views of the landscape, inviting guests to interact with their surroundings. This connection between indoor areas and the outdoors is essential, as it allows each part of the hotel to showcase the local scenery in a meaningful way.

Spatial Organization

The hotel layout is carefully arranged to support different activities. On the first floor, there is an atrium, spa, gym, café, kitchen, restaurant, reception area, and courtyard. This arrangement promotes social interaction and caters to guests' needs. The second floor includes VIP check-in and guest rooms, while the third floor features suites, executive king rooms, and typical guest rooms. This clear organization improves movement throughout the hotel while ensuring comfort and privacy.

Interior Experience

The interior design draws from traditional Portuguese elements, combining them with modern styles. High ceilings create a feeling of spaciousness, while the choice of furnishings contributes to a comfortable and luxurious atmosphere. Each room is positioned to highlight views of the landscape, which reinforces the connection between guests and the natural surroundings.

Aesthetic Integration

The design shows a commitment to blending with the environment. Each decision has been made to strengthen the bond between the guest experience and nature. The attention to detail in both form and texture enhances the overall ambiance, creating a space that feels both calming and stylish. The Monte D'Oiro Winery Boutique Hotel is marked by this pursuit of balance, where design invites guests to appreciate the beauty of their setting.
