Facility layout is organized into three phases, each focusing on distinct design elements.

"Boundless Joy" is an architectural design located in Fernvale, Singapore. The facility focuses on health and well-being, aiming to create a supportive environment for individuals facing illness. The concept revolves around boundlessness, integrating vibrant elements into its design. The project reflects a commitment to fostering resilience and positivity in everyday life.

Architecture Concept

The design features triangular and circular shapes that highlight strength and balance. Triangles provide structural support, symbolizing stability and resilience. In contrast, circular forms bring harmony and reflect natural patterns. This combination allows the building to be both formidable and inviting. It creates spaces that not only serve functional needs but also promote emotional well-being.

Interior Layout

Careful arrangement of spaces encourages interaction among occupants. Public and communal areas, such as dining rooms and therapy zones, are strategically placed to facilitate social connections. This thoughtful layout encourages movement and interaction, enhancing the overall experience for those who use the facility. Each area is designed with openness in mind, inviting people to gather and engage with one another.

Use of Color

Color is a key aspect of the design, with bright and lively hues present throughout the interior and exterior. These colors are chosen to uplift and energize. By introducing vibrant tones, the space seeks to counteract the negative feelings that often accompany illness. This focus on color creates a lively atmosphere that fosters an optimistic environment for everyone involved.

Water Features

Water features play an important role in the design. An internal water slider and a water column are incorporated to creatively manage water flow while also adding visual interest. These elements not only enhance the building's aesthetic but also illustrate a commitment to sustainability. The thoughtful design allows water to be recycled and adds a refreshing sensory experience for those using the space.

The careful integration of natural elements and clear spatial connections encourages occupants to engage actively with their surroundings. The architecture reflects an understanding of the relationship between space, health, and well-being, creating a supportive environment that emphasizes joy and community.
