Tili Hill is an architectural design located in Capodacqua PG, Italy, offering a harmonious blend of function and form. The complex features three layers: a basement, a ground floor, and a first floor, designed to cater to the needs of guests while making efficient use of the available space. The design concept emphasizes the separation of private and public areas to enhance both comfort and accessibility.

Design Organization

The layout of Tili Hill exhibits a careful organization of spaces, promoting easy movement throughout the building. Guest rooms are situated on both the ground and first floors, providing straightforward access while ensuring privacy for visitors. The circulation routes are thoughtfully planned to accommodate both vehicles and pedestrians, allowing for smooth transitions between different parts of the site.

Landscaping Integration

Landscaping is a key aspect of the design, integrating outdoor spaces with the indoor environment. Features such as a pool, wooden decking, stone paving, and various trees and grassy areas are included. These elements create inviting outdoor spaces that enhance the overall atmosphere of the project and encourage guests to engage with the natural surroundings.

Material Selection

The choice of materials is central to the design narrative of Tili Hill. Walls feature a plasterboard finish, giving the interiors a clean and modern look. Timber is used for structural elements like studs and joists, adding warmth and stability. Terracotta tiles are selected for flooring, offering durability while reflecting local character. The inclusion of ply backing and metal channels indicates a focus on quality in construction, ensuring long-lasting performance.

Acoustic Comfort

Acoustic design is considered through the use of sound insulation within the timber structures. This attention to detail promotes a peaceful atmosphere inside the building, allowing guests to relax comfortably. By prioritizing both aesthetics and performance, the design creates an environment that supports a high quality of life, demonstrating a commitment to thoughtful architectural practice.
