The design project consists of three distinct styles: St. Aina City Style, St. Ann Village Style, and St. Anna Minor Palace II. Located in a bustling urban area, these designs prioritize modern living while fostering connections within the community and with the natural environment. Each style interprets residential spaces differently, balancing practical needs with visual appeal.

St. Aina City Style
- The St. Aina City Style takes a modern approach, creating an urban setting that aligns with contemporary lifestyles. The design is marked by clean lines and open public spaces, encouraging residents to interact with one another. Water features are thoughtfully included to enhance the environment, making it more inviting and providing areas where people can relax and enjoy their surroundings.

St. Ann Village Style
- In contrast, the St. Ann Village Style emphasizes a more intimate and community-focused design. The layout promotes close relationships among residents, featuring buildings that are not imposing but rather comfortable in scale. The surrounding greenery and peaceful spaces contribute to a warm atmosphere, making it a place where community bonds can grow naturally.

St. Anna Minor Palace II
- The St. Anna Minor Palace II presents a refined aesthetic that blends architectural elegance with the natural landscape. Features such as terraces and intricate decorative elements create attractive outdoor spaces. This design promotes both luxury and accessibility, ensuring that it is welcoming for all, while also highlighting the beauty of its surroundings.

One of the notable design details is the terraced areas in St. Anna Minor Palace II, which offer wonderful views and encourage outdoor living. These spaces are designed to foster gatherings and interactions among residents, emphasizing the importance of community within architectural design.
