The project located along Habib Bourguiba Avenue in Tunis offers a well-considered response to urban challenges. Designed as a five-tower skyscraper in a star formation, it draws inspiration from the Tunisian flag, reflecting the nation’s key values: Order, Justice, Dignity, Work, and Freedom. The building aims to address important socio-economic issues facing Tunisia ten years after the 2011 revolution, serving as a central hub for both public and private activities.

Urban Integration
- The choice of location along Habib Bourguiba Avenue makes the building an important part of the city’s landscape, improving accessibility and encouraging community interactions. It combines various functions that serve both commercial and social purposes. With facilities like a Street Vendors Park, retail spaces, and a business center, the design allows for a blend of public service providers, a start-up incubator, and coworking areas, all fostering an environment of innovation and collaboration.

Sustainability Features
- Sustainability plays a key role in the design approach. The project aims to create a healthy environment through green flow, focusing on air quality and incorporating biophilic design elements. It includes systems for rainwater harvesting, bike-friendly pathways, and features that help reduce outdoor temperature, which enhances both the building's efficiency and the comfort of its users.

Experiential Spaces
- The design also emphasizes recreation, featuring amenities such as a food court, a spa, a gym, an observation deck, and a rooftop restaurant. These spaces not only serve practical needs but also encourage social interaction, contributing to a lively urban atmosphere. The thoughtful inclusion of these facilities invites people to explore and engage with the space.

Distinctive Form
- The star-shaped arrangement of the towers serves as a visual symbol of national pride, combining meaning with practicality. This unique form increases the building’s presence in the city and unifies the community around a shared identity. The design reflects Tunisia’s aspirations while connecting its historical roots to a vision for a collective future.
