The TILI Wine Guest Homes are located in a scenic area of Italy, designed to offer comfortable living spaces for visitors while emphasizing a sense of community. The overall design connects well with the surroundings, making the most of the natural landscape. Each unit is arranged to enable social interaction but also ensures the privacy of residents, reflecting a modern approach to residential architecture.

Spatial Organization

The layout of each guest home encompasses about 70 square meters, featuring essential spaces such as a bedroom, a living room, a bathroom, and a suitcase closet. This arrangement prioritizes functionality, making it easier for residents to navigate their daily activities. The thoughtful positioning of these areas supports accessibility and promotes natural movement throughout the space, enhancing the living experience.

Material Choices

Material selection is crucial to the project’s overall performance and visual character. Polymer-modified bitumen membranes provide durability and effective protection for the roofs. Slate tiles are chosen for their natural appearance, complementing the local environment. Steel beams contribute structural strength, allowing for wide-open interior layouts. Thermal insulation plays a significant role in energy efficiency, helping to maintain comfortable temperatures year-round. Wooden boards are used in interior spaces to add warmth, balancing contemporary features with more traditional textures.

Architectural Integration

Visual perspectives of the design reveal a strong relationship between the homes and their natural backdrop. Each angle showcases deliberate design elements that encourage a connection to the outdoors. This arrangement not only enhances the buildings' visual appeal but also their practical function, creating an environment where guests can enjoy both comfort and a deep engagement with nature.

Design details, like carefully placed windows and open terraces, maximize natural light and provide stunning views of the surrounding countryside. These features help merge indoor and outdoor living, inviting residents to connect with the beauty of their environment.
