The TILI WINE ITALY GUEST Homes project is located in the heart of Italy, known for its beautiful vineyards and rich cultural heritage. The design aims to create a welcoming space for visitors who want to enjoy both comfort and local experiences. With a focus on sustainability and practicality, the project fits well into its surroundings while offering a unique atmosphere for guests.

Master Plan Integration

The organization of the master plan is clear and well thought out, featuring distinct service and visitor entrances. This layout allows for smooth movement throughout the building. Outdoor gathering areas are included to foster social interactions, highlighting the community aspect of the hospitality experience. A garden adds to the overall charm, giving guests a serene place to relax and enjoy the outdoors.

Sustainability Features

Sustainability plays a key role in the design. The use of photovoltaic panels demonstrates a commitment to reducing dependence on traditional energy sources. By incorporating renewable energy, the project aims to lessen its environmental impact while remaining relevant in today’s architectural practices. This focus on energy conservation aligns well with current trends in eco-friendly design.

Functional Layout

The ground floor is designed to balance public and private spaces effectively. Important elements include a main entrance, service entrance, multiple bedrooms, bathrooms, a library, tasting area, kitchenette, storage spaces, a wine cellar, and a reception area. This arrangement ensures that the needs of both guests and staff are met, making the essential facilities easily accessible and user-friendly.

Distinct Material Usage

Material choice is significant in this design, particularly with the reuse of wood and brick from existing structures. This approach helps minimize waste and connects the building to local culture and history. The use of these materials not only contributes to a sense of authenticity but also enhances the aesthetic appeal of the space.

Large windows provide views of the surrounding vineyards and invite natural light into the living areas. This connection to the outdoors allows guests to engage with the landscape while enjoying their stay. Such thoughtful details enhance the overall experience, making it memorable for those who visit.
