The TiLi ViNi design is set in a scenic landscape, featuring a central wine tasting area surrounded by five unique houses. The overall concept focuses on creating a community atmosphere. Residents and visitors can gather to enjoy each other’s company while taking in the beauty of the natural surroundings. Each house is carefully arranged to provide different views, fostering connections among guests as they engage in the local wine culture.

Design Layout

The layout promotes clusters of residences that encourage both social interaction and personal space. The wine tasting area acts as the heart of the development, inviting both residents and guests to come together. Outdoor spaces are clearly defined, establishing boundaries that allow gatherings to take place in a comfortable setting. This design approach creates a sense of security while emphasizing the importance of community.

Architectural Elements

Key architectural features include expansive roofs that provide wide views and are adaptable for various activities. These roofs not only offer shelter but also enhance the project’s visual character. The addition of outdoor stairs encourages movement and flow throughout the premises, ensuring that areas are welcoming and engaging for all visitors.

Community Spaces

A multifunctional activity center is a standout element designed to foster community interaction. This center serves as a venue for cultural exchanges and social activities, encouraging networking among guests. A swimming pool further enhances the site, merging recreational opportunities with the natural landscape. The pool is situated to invite relaxation and enjoyment, complementing the communal experience.

Spatial Relationships

The arrangement of living spaces carefully considers privacy while still promoting a sense of community. Outdoor green areas and courtyards are included to facilitate informal gatherings, allowing residents to connect with one another. This thoughtful approach to spatial relationships helps balance personal comfort with the enjoyment of communal experiences.

The landscape offers clear views, contributing to a calming environment that resonates with the natural surroundings. Each design detail encourages exploration and appreciation of the site’s beauty, creating a cohesive experience for all who visit.
