The community-focused facility emphasizes functionality and user experience. Located in a convenient area, the building serves as a center for various activities, including recreation, education, and social events. The design concept revolves around the integration of essential spaces to encourage interaction among users.

Site Plan
The site plan includes important elements such as a parking area with fifteen spaces for visitors, a dumpster enclosure to manage waste effectively, and a visitor's center that acts as the main entrance to the facility. This layout allows for easy access and encourages visitors to explore the different offerings available.

Space Organization
Inside, the building features a range of critical spaces, including a reception area, gift shop, office, display area, toilet room, janitor closet, electrical room, mechanical room, training room, terrace, mechanical equipment room, and café. The thoughtful arrangement of these areas enhances movement within the building and promotes engagement among users, making navigation simple and intuitive.

Natural Ventilation
A key aspect of the design is natural ventilation. Operable window panels are integrated to improve air quality and comfort for occupants. This feature supports the well-being of users while illustrating a commitment to environmentally friendly practices.

Building Area Efficiency
The total gross building area measures 695 square meters, with 535 square meters on the ground floor and 160 square meters dedicated to the mezzanine level. The efficient use of space includes a training room of 79 square meters, a reception area of 117 square meters, and a café of 157.7 square meters. This careful allocation of space ensures that the facility can accommodate various community activities effectively while maintaining a cohesive design.

The orientation of the terrace provides a space for social interaction, allowing visitors to engage in conversation or participate in outdoor programs. This detail reinforces the building's role as a hub for community gathering and connection.
