The design located in Busan, Korea, aims to create a workspace that merges natural elements with urban life. Situated in a busy city center, it offers a refreshing alternative to traditional office environments. The central idea focuses on enhancing the user experience by inviting nature into daily routines. This space is intended to provide comfort and a sense of calm for those who work and gather there.

User-Centric Layout

The layout is organized to serve both office workers and cafe visitors. Clear pathways guide each group, allowing for easy movement and interaction. Each area is designed for specific activities, providing options for focused work or casual meetings. This structure helps to balance productivity with moments of social connection.

Integration of Nature

A significant aspect of the design is its emphasis on incorporating visible greenery. Large windows create connections to the surrounding environment, allowing users to enjoy views of nature. The presence of tall trees in the front yard enhances this experience, reinforcing a link to the outdoors that is often lost in urban settings.

Atmospheric Details

The workspace is designed to promote a sense of peace while supporting creativity. Its layout encourages exploration and contemplation, catering to different work styles. Natural features are woven into the fabric of the space, ensuring that nature remains a prominent element in the experience of users.

The arrangement of window seating positions people to observe changes in light and seasonal shifts outside. This design detail not only enhances the daily routine but also keeps users grounded in the rhythms of nature as they move through their workday.
