The architectural design project titled "High Up" explores the concept of integrative living, set in a context that emphasizes community interaction and connection. The design incorporates various residential functionalities, focusing on creating spaces for family living. Through detailed construction plans and organized layouts at a scale of 1:200, the project presents a clear vision aimed at fostering diverse user experiences in a cohesive environment.

Design Concept and Functionality
Taking into account modern lifestyles, the design prioritizes family living by defining spaces for a range of activities. The layout is thoughtfully organized to enhance accessibility and comfort, ensuring that it meets the needs of different family structures. This focus on usability serves as a key aspect of creating environments where occupants feel at home.

Community-Centric Spaces
Included in the design are essential areas like the canteen childcare facility, which supports families with children. This feature not only provides necessary services but also contributes to the community feel of the entire development. Additionally, the inclusion of a canteen workshop service introduces opportunities for creative engagement, promoting a sense of belonging among residents.

User Navigation
Pictograms are incorporated into the design to help residents navigate the various spaces smoothly. This visual communication element enhances usability and supports accessibility, aligning with contemporary architectural practices that prioritize the experience of those who inhabit the environment.

Approach to Materiality
Although specific materials are not detailed in the presentation, the design hints at a thoughtful approach to material selection that complements the concept of integrative living. The intended functionality of each space suggests that materials will enhance user experience and support the overall architectural vision.

The design culminates in a well-organized arrangement of spaces that not only serve practical needs but also encourage connections among residents. Each area has been purposefully designed to contribute to a harmonious living environment with family and community at its core.
