Community Hubs and Modular Development
At the core of the proposal are strategically located community hubs that serve as gathering points for social interaction and neighborhood activities. The modular approach facilitates phased growth and transformation, allowing these spaces to evolve while revitalizing existing infrastructure. Detailed site analyses inform proposals for new volumes and open configurations, ensuring the continued relevance and functionality of public areas.

Safety, Materials, and Environmental Considerations
The integration of modular bomb shelters within the hubs addresses regional security concerns by combining protection with everyday use. The design emphasizes the use of local materials, including laminated wood and concrete, supporting sustainable construction practices and local economies. The reuse of debris further contributes to environmental goals while maintaining structural integrity. Overall, the arrangement fosters active community engagement through clear spatial organization and adaptable design.
