Tili Village is located in the peaceful Umbrian Valley and offers a welcoming environment for wine lovers. The development features five guest units, a dining and wine tasting room, along with additional functional areas. The design concept aims to blend the charm of traditional Italian culture with practical hospitality functions.

Spatial Organization

The layout of Tili Village carefully preserves two existing buildings while replacing others to create new spaces. This approach honors history while allowing for modern design choices. The arrangement of guest units promotes both social interaction and privacy. Each unit stands as a comfortable retreat, inviting visitors to relax amid the scenic landscape. The thoughtful organization of the overall site enhances the experience for all who visit.

Functional Design

At the heart of the village is a multifunctional space that repurposes existing structures for dining and wine tasting. This area serves as a gathering point for guests, facilitating shared meals and educational experiences about winemaking. Surrounding outdoor areas, including a pool and gathering spots, complement the indoor spaces and encourage socializing. This layout fosters a sense of community while providing views of the nearby vineyards, helping guests feel connected to the land.

Material Considerations

Local stone and brick are used in the construction, linking the buildings to their regional context. This choice highlights a commitment to sustainability and local craftsmanship. Large sections of glass are included to strengthen the connection between indoor and outdoor areas. These windows allow natural light in and provide clear views of the beautiful surroundings. The careful selection of materials supports a cohesive design that respects the environment.

Architectural Concept

The village acts as a small eco-friendly community that captures the spirit of Italian rural life. The design not only values aesthetics but also supports flexibility, allowing spaces to serve multiple purposes. The focus on community interactions, education, and nature creates an enriching experience for visitors. This commitment to place and purpose enhances the overall appeal of Tili Village.

The result is a landscape inviting exploration, marked by natural pathways and greenery that encourage guests to take in the beauty of the Umbrian countryside.
