Tili Vini Yellow Polka Dot Bikini is located in a landscape known for its olive trees and vineyards. The design features a collection of bungalows, each carefully crafted to connect with its natural surroundings. The main idea behind the design is to offer sensory experiences, allowing people to engage with both the architecture and the environment in meaningful ways.

Concept and Design Influence

The project's concept emphasizes the importance of sensory interaction in architecture. Inspired by ancient pots and the shapes found in octagonal Tuscan buildings, the bungalows aim to blend with their environment. Living Rooftops enhance the design by allowing residents to feel part of the landscape while also improving ecological balance. The layout encourages both social gatherings and private moments, providing an adaptable living space.

Functional Spaces

Each bungalow is organized into specific areas that serve different purposes. Bedrooms are designed for rest and intimate conversations, creating a quiet atmosphere. Bathrooms focus on personal well-being, using space to promote relaxation. Kitchenettes invite social cooking and dining, encouraging shared experiences among residents. Living rooms provide comfortable spaces for leisure, making everyday life more enjoyable.

Materiality and Aesthetic

Materials chosen for the bungalows support both function and style. A variety of plasters and stuccos are used, including green plaster/stucco, cream plaster/stucco, waterproof green plaster/stucco, and guinda plaster/stucco. These choices not only ensure durability but also enhance the texture of the surfaces. Brushed oiled oak adds warmth, while golden reflective glass and white stained glass introduce a contemporary touch that complements the natural setting.

Lighting and Atmosphere

Lighting plays an important role in shaping the ambiance throughout the bungalows. A warm light color temperature of 2700°K is used, alongside a mix of floor pinhole lights, small ceiling lamps, and candles. This thoughtful combination creates a welcoming environment that draws people together. The carefully designed lighting highlights architectural features while ensuring that the spaces feel comfortable and inviting.

The design encourages a smooth flow between indoors and outdoors, with large openings that frame views of the surrounding vineyards. Natural light pours in, enriching the living experience and strengthening the connection with the landscape.
