5 key facts about this project
01
lattice framework enhances privacy while fostering openness multifunctional workshop adapts to various artistic needs rooftop terrace provides a contemplative outdoor space integrated natural elements create a seamless indoor-outdoor flow family-centric design prioritizes communal living and interaction.

The design centers around a flexible residential area that accommodates several families, surrounded by a natural landscape that enriches the living experience. The concept focuses on versatility, presenting configurations that adapt to different family sizes. Each unit is allocated two bedrooms, enabling adjustments based on individual needs and fostering a close relationship with the outdoor environment.

Residential Layout

The ground floor acts as the main entry, containing a residential area that features two bedrooms and a communal living space. This layout promotes a connection to the forest, allowing nature to enter daily life. The design encourages interaction with the outdoors, creating a soothing environment ideal for family gatherings and relaxation.

Terrace and First Floor

On the first floor, a terrace bordered by a lattice structure enhances privacy while providing an open area that invites family bonding. This space is designed to support interaction among family members, allowing them to enjoy communal activities while also having the option for personal moments.

Vertical Spaces

The second floor includes a secondary bedroom, adding practicality to the overall scheme. The master bedroom, located on the third floor, is intentionally positioned to offer expansive views of the surrounding landscape. This arrangement emphasizes the relationship between the structure and the natural elements, enhancing the overall living experience.

Workshop and Common Spaces

Adjacent to the residential sections is a workshop that adds versatility to the design. This multifunctional space can change from a large open area to smaller sections, catering to various uses as needed. Common spaces such as kitchens and dining rooms further promote interactions among families. A clear glass corridor connects these areas, facilitating movement throughout the home.

A notable feature is the rooftop terrace, designed as a quiet space for reflection. This area invites residents to enjoy the sky above, adding an enriching detail to the overall living experience.
