The Tili Wine Italy Guest Homes project is located in a beautiful region of Italy, where the traditions of winemaking and hospitality come together. The design focuses on creating spaces that combine wine production, storage, and guest accommodations. By honoring the historical context of the area, the project aims to offer a rich experience for all who visit.

Outdoor Gathering Areas
- Various outdoor areas are included in the design to foster community interaction. These spaces comprise a parking lot, a garden, a pool, and an outdoor tasting area. Each area is thoughtfully arranged to invite guests to engage with the landscape and with one another. This layout encourages a friendly atmosphere, allowing visitors to enjoy their time at Tili Wine.

Guest Accommodations
- Five guest houses are designed to provide comfort and privacy while maintaining unique features. Guest House 1 and Guest House 2 both come with a living room, bedroom, bathroom, kitchenette, barbecue, and wine rack, covering areas of 68 sqm and 69 sqm, respectively. In contrast, Guest House 3, positioned on the first floor, offers similar amenities with a different vantage point. Guest Houses 4 and 5 also provide suitable accommodations that mirror the focus on guest comfort.

Wine Tasting Area
- The wine tasting area acts as a key feature within the layout, designed for visitors to explore the wines produced on-site. It includes shop windows, wine racks, kitchens, and gueridons, all aimed at creating an engaging experience. This space connects guests with the wine culture present at Tili Wine and enhances their understanding of the winemaking process.

Renovation of Existing Structures
- The project emphasizes the importance of the historical buildings on the site, including stables and haylofts. Careful renovations will preserve the essence of these structures while adapting them for modern use. Plans include expanding window openings and raising ceiling heights to ensure comfort and usability. This approach highlights a commitment to honoring architectural heritage while meeting the needs of today's visitors.

The thoughtful design incorporates comfortable seating arrangements in outdoor patio areas, inviting guests to enjoy leisurely moments among the landscape. This element encourages social connection and relaxation, further enriching the experience at Tili Wine.
