The Quinta Monte d'Oiro design is situated in a landscape that combines the natural features of the countryside with a functional setting for hospitality. Multiple zones have been created, each serving specific purposes like reception, accommodation, recreation, and wellness. The overall design focuses on connecting these areas while making the most of the scenic views of the surrounding vineyard. Accessibility and guest comfort are at the forefront of this approach.

Zoning and Circulation

Several distinct zones are outlined throughout the development to enhance the visitor experience. The hotel’s reception area serves as the focal point, providing a lobby, terrace, open esplanade, and a small bar for events. Guests enter this welcoming space, with pathways guiding them to various zones. Elevated routes, including a loggia and a sky-bridge, connect different parts of the site, ensuring that foot traffic is separate from vehicle movement.

Accommodation and Amenities

The accommodation zone contains 40 sleeping rooms, which include standard, suite, and master suite options. Each room features a private balcony, allowing guests to enjoy views of the vineyard. Adjacent to these rooms is a public plaza designed to encourage community interaction among guests, enhancing the experience of staying at the venue.

Recreational Facilities

The outdoor recreational area is an important part of the design, offering facilities for leisure and relaxation. This area features an outdoor swimming pool, a children’s pool, and landscaped gardens that include playgrounds and a pool bar. These features encourage guests to enjoy outdoor activities and connect with the natural surroundings.

Sustainability and Design Elements

A noteworthy aspect of the design is the green roof, which aids in insulation and effective water management while supporting environmental goals. The building's facade has been designed to enhance thermal comfort and shading. It incorporates movable elements that add visual interest and allow for expansive views of the vineyard. These design features reflect a commitment to balancing functionality with an appreciation for the natural environment.
