The Split Building in Dubai presents a modern approach to workspaces, focusing on comfort and collaboration. Located in the Jumeirah area, known for its economic activity and urban landscape, the design aims to create an environment where different office functions coexist. By arranging spaces into private, public, and social areas, the building connects with its surroundings, fostering creativity and interaction.

Spatial Organization

Minimizing barriers within the layout is a key principle of the design. Private offices, public areas, and social media zones are integrated to encourage interaction among users. This thoughtful arrangement allows for a smooth flow between different environments, promoting the exchange of ideas and enhancing the sense of community within the workspace.

Integration of Vertical Elements

The building features vertical elements that enhance movement throughout its levels. These design choices create opportunities for visual connections, allowing occupants to see and interact with each other across spaces. Movement becomes an integral part of the user experience, encouraging a lively atmosphere that adapts to various work activities.

Use of Natural Light

Natural light plays an important role in the building's design. Glass panels at the entrance welcome daylight into the interior, creating a bright atmosphere. This connection to the outside reinforces the relationship between the occupants and their environment, making the space feel less confined and more open.

Amenities and Well-Being

A health and sports club are included within the design, reflecting a focus on user well-being. This facility gives employees a chance to exercise before or during work hours, enhancing their overall experience. Office areas are designed with expansive views of the sea and the city, creating a pleasant backdrop that supports productivity and focus.

The design of the entrance, with its large glass facade, serves as a welcoming point. The ability to see through to the outside helps connect users with their surroundings. This thoughtful design detail emphasizes the goal of creating an environment that balances functionality with an inviting atmosphere.
