The "House in 'THE CLOUDS'" presents a reimagined approach to living in an elevated environment. It combines spatial design with elements of virtual reality, offering residents an experience that emphasizes limitless possibilities. The layout promotes easy movement between various living areas, creating a connection with the surrounding atmosphere. This design allows for an engaging and interactive lifestyle.

Design Concept and Layout

The layout features four core areas: the Balcony, Work Room, Living Room, and Playroom. The radial linear circulation method allows for straightforward navigation through the spaces. With this design, residents can move fluidly from one area to another. This navigation considers the needs of both experienced users and those newer to virtual environments, making it accessible to everyone.

Functional Areas

The Balcony acts as the entry point, establishing a direct link to the outdoors. This space is meant for relaxation and social gatherings, bridging the interior and exterior. The Playroom focuses on recreation and includes set-ups for various games. Its design encourages interaction, providing an inviting space for both individuals and groups.

Living and Working Spaces

The Living Room serves multiple functions, offering a comfortable area for reading or watching television. It also features views of either a serene inner courtyard or the expansive horizon, making the space feel bright and open. In contrast, the Work Room is designed for professional use, equipped with dual screens that facilitate productivity and collaboration, balancing practicality with modern technology.

Outdoor Meeting Space

The Meeting Space "Outdoors" allows residents to immerse themselves in their surroundings. It emphasizes horizon views, connecting the home with nature. This area promotes openness and creates an inviting environment for gatherings.

The design intentionally avoids specifying materials, directing focus toward the experience of living in this elevated space. It seeks to cultivate a light and airy atmosphere, encouraging a sense of freedom and creativity each day.
