The design aims to promote interaction among people while respecting the natural landscape surrounding it.

Design Concept

The layout is organized into public, semi-public, and private areas. This design decision allows for a balance between community engagement and personal space. Various facilities are included, such as a parking area, information center, plaza, cafeteria and farming store, hostel, co-working and workshop spaces, yoga and meditation areas, living quarters for artists, and designated parking.

Site Integration

The project carefully follows the contours of the land, creating a connection between the structures and their environment. This approach not only enhances the visual quality of the site but also ensures that it harmonizes with the existing landscape. Spaces are arranged to encourage movement and interaction among users.

Circulation and Community Engagement

Circulation pathways have been planned to support a positive user experience. An amphitheater serves as a central gathering space, facilitating community events and social interactions. This arrangement helps strengthen ties between the complex and the surrounding city, allowing for shared experiences.

Concrete, steel, and local brick are the primary materials used, emphasizing both durability and ecological responsibility.
