The Tili360° project harmonizes with its vineyard setting, creating a multifunctional space that reflects the rich tradition of wine-making. The design enhances visitor experiences by blending modern architecture with the natural environment. The focus is on sustainability and community, encouraging interaction both within the building and with the surrounding landscape.

Construction Elements

Various amenities have been incorporated into the design with attention to comfort and wellness. Key features include a spa area, hot tub, and essential facilities like showers and dressing areas. The layout is organized to encourage social interaction while also allowing for privacy. This creates an inviting atmosphere that caters to different guest needs.

Building Envelope

The choice of materials contributes significantly to the building’s performance. Water-proof sheets and insulation improve energy efficiency and ensure thermal comfort. Skylights and chimneys facilitate natural light and ventilation, aligning with principles of sustainable design. The exterior includes a double membrane cladding method, which meets durability requirements while providing visual appeal.

Integration of Landscape

The project prioritizes the preservation of existing structures, reducing environmental impact and enhancing ecological balance. Integrated ecological water ponds fulfill multiple functions, serving as both a natural habitat and a landscape feature. This thoughtful planning emphasizes the connection between the building and its setting, inviting visitors to enjoy the outdoor environment.

Community Experience

Spaces are arranged to foster community engagement, with communal areas such as the fire pit encouraging social gatherings. Constructed from locally sourced bricks within a steel mesh cage, the fire pit serves as a central gathering point. This feature strengthens the link between indoor and outdoor experiences, adding warmth and a sense of camaraderie.

The overall design captures the spirit of wine-making, creating an environment that resonates with both the landscape and local traditions. Each element contributes to a memorable experience, with spaces thoughtfully crafted to invite guests to connect with their surroundings.
