Design features support user interaction through a multifunctional layout.

The architectural design presents a thoughtful approach to creating multifunctional urban spaces. It emphasizes user interaction and flexibility while being situated in an undefined geographical context. The structure is organized across three main levels, each designed to serve specific purposes and to relate well to its environment.

Ground Floor

The ground floor functions as the main entrance and active hub of the building. It features workstations, a break area, and a multifunctional space that work together to encourage collaboration. This arrangement creates a welcoming atmosphere where people can come together, fostering a strong sense of community. The layout maximizes accessibility and enhances the ease of movement throughout the space.

Tower Floor

On the tower floor, the design introduces a varied arrangement where multifunctional areas alternate with double-height spaces. This choice allows for greater natural light to enter and creates a sense of openness. The increased height contributes to a more expansive feeling, promoting creativity and productivity. Visual connections between the different spaces enhance the overall experience, inviting interaction among users.

Terrace Floor

The terrace floor stands out with its 360-degree views of the surrounding area from a height of 36.00 meters. This feature draws occupants outdoors, encouraging them to connect with the environment. The terrace serves as a versatile space for activities and relaxation, extending the building's function beyond its interior.

Facade Design

Facade design is crucial, with orientations to the north, west, south, and east taken into account to maximize light and views. This careful consideration ensures the building responds well to its context, providing diverse experiences throughout the day. The design strategy reinforces the building’s relationship with its surroundings, balancing aesthetic appeal with practical performance.

By integrating multifunctional spaces across its levels, the design promotes a harmonious blend of use and form. Users can comfortably transition between indoor and outdoor environments, enhancing their overall experience within the space.
