TINY WINE ITALY GUEST HOMES is located in an Italian vineyard, focusing on creating environmentally friendly living spaces that encourage community interaction. The design reflects the principles of Tili Vini Organic Bio Wine, which emphasizes a commitment to organic practices. The connection between the buildings and the surrounding landscape is central to the concept, promoting sustainability and enhancing the overall experience for residents.

Design Concept

The idea of symbiosis shapes the layout of the guest homes, highlighting the relationship between the built environment and nature. The villas are connected by a tunnel with domes, allowing for easy movement between spaces. This design fosters both privacy and social interaction. Residents can enjoy views of the expansive vineyard, which is an essential aspect of the living experience.

Material Selection

Sustainable materials are chosen to reinforce the project's environmental goals. Double thickness stone walls regulate temperature and reduce energy usage, ensuring comfort throughout the year. The extensive use of glazing allows for plenty of natural light to enter the homes, creating a warm atmosphere while framing beautiful vineyard views.

Ecotechnological Integration

The project employs various technologies that contribute to its environmental sustainability. Green roofs capture rainwater effectively, promoting efficient water management. A water vapor fireplace provides alternative heating, while smart windows enhance energy efficiency and indoor comfort. These features demonstrate a commitment to reducing the ecological footprint of the residences.

Landscape Integration

The design integrates green spaces by placing gardens strategically between the villas. These gardens not only improve the visual appeal but also encourage social interactions among residents. They help maintain a pleasant internal climate and create opportunities for outdoor activities, enhancing the connection to nature and the surrounding environment.

Large glass facades allow natural light to flow into the homes, offering a genuine experience that connects residents to the changing seasons and rhythms of the vineyard. This aspect of TINY WINE ITALY GUEST HOMES emphasizes the importance of enjoying the natural landscape while living and engaging with the community.
