The design is located on the sixth floor of a building on Calea Dorobanti in Bucharest. It aims to create a contemporary workspace that reflects the needs of a post-pandemic world, offering a comfortable and flexible environment similar to working from home. The main concept centers around friendly workspaces, the presence of greenery, and the use of natural colors and forms to foster a welcoming atmosphere.

Design Concept and Spatial Organization

The layout is organized from east to west, which helps to optimize the use of natural light and ensure a clear division between different areas. The eastern side features terraces and relaxation spaces, while the western side houses private offices, meeting rooms, and administrative functions. This arrangement provides a balance of communal areas for collaboration and quieter zones for individual work, catering to various needs.

Greenery and Natural Integration

A notable aspect of the design is the integration of plants throughout the workspace. The main terrace serves as a connecting space that delineates work areas from relaxation zones while visually linking them. The use of greenery not only adds to the visual appeal but also improves air quality, supporting the well-being of those who use the space.

Flexibility and User-Centric Design

Interior spaces are designed to accommodate a range of work styles. Various seating arrangements are provided, including traditional desks, lounge areas, and flexible furniture options, allowing for different modes of working. This focus on versatility meets the changing demands of a modern workforce. The relaxation area includes a kitchen, bar, and informal seating, encouraging social interaction among users during breaks.

Personalized Elements and Minimalist Aesthetics

The management office is designed specifically for the client. It features a simple, minimalist style that draws from Japanese design principles. The office includes both a main workspace and an inviting area for client meetings. The inclusion of a private terrace for the client’s dog adds a personal touch, making the office feel more like home.

Details throughout the design highlight an effort to create a comfortable and functional environment. Each element supports the overall goal of providing a workplace that meets modern expectations and enhances the daily experience of its users.
