The Promenades Over the Vineyards project is situated in a vineyard landscape, designed with a focus on creating an integrated experience between architecture and nature. This project serves primarily as a hospitality complex, aiming to enhance interaction between guests and the vineyard environment. The design demonstrates a cohesive relationship between built structures and the surrounding landscape, encouraging active engagement within the space.

The building layout features distinct zones, including guest accommodations, a spa, dining facilities, and event spaces. Each area is meticulously oriented to provide sweeping views of the vineyard, reinforcing the connection between guests and the natural setting. The architectural design utilizes horizontal lines and curvilinear forms, emphasizing fluidity and integration into the terrain.

Unique Design Approaches

One of the defining characteristics of this project is its emphasis on the promenade as a primary design element. The promenades serve not only as pathways, but also as gathering spaces for social interaction, complete with comfortable seating arrangements that invite guests to experience the quality of the outdoor setting. This element encourages exploration of the vineyards while allowing guests to appreciate the natural beauty around them.

Materiality also plays a significant role in the project's uniqueness. The facade utilizes a soft-colored plaster that harmonizes with the muted tones of the surrounding landscape, while large sections of glass offer transparency and visual continuity between indoor spaces and the exterior. Inside, wood features prominently, providing a warm and welcoming atmosphere. Concrete is employed for both structural purposes and outdoor flooring, ensuring durability.

Architectural Considerations

Sustainability is a core focus of the Promenades Over the Vineyards project. The integration of photovoltaic panels illustrates a commitment to energy efficiency. Additionally, water management strategies are evident through the planning of pools and gardens, which are designed to minimize the ecological footprint of the development.

The architectural plans define a comprehensive approach to guest experience. The 17 panoramic suites are designed to include private loggias, enhancing guest privacy while maximizing views. The main hall and event spaces are designed as adaptable environments, facilitating a range of functions from conferences to social gatherings. Natural light is a key consideration, with expansive windows strategically positioned to illuminate interior spaces.

For those interested in the details and intricacies of this project, exploring the architectural plans, sections, designs, and ideas will provide a deeper understanding of how the Promenades Over the Vineyards masterfully combines architecture with its landscape.
