The tall tower stands at a height of 35 meters and is located in a busy urban area. It functions as a flexible space that can accommodate various activities. The design concept focuses on height and openness, blending aesthetic choices with practical elements to meet the needs of its users.

Materiality

Corten steel serves as the main material for the tower, recognized for its strength and ability to resist corrosion. This choice not only adds stability to the structure but also allows the exterior to develop a unique patina over time. The appearance of the steel connects the building to its environment, while also ensuring that the tower remains durable and requires little maintenance.

Spatial Organization

The tower includes a closed area of 36 square meters, providing various options for use, such as residential or community functions. Glass features are incorporated to enhance light and visibility, allowing natural sunlight to enter the interior. This transparency creates a connection between inside and outside, making the space feel larger and more inviting.

Functional Elements

Practical design is evident in features like the lift, which ensures that all floors are easily accessible. Balconies extend from the structure, providing outdoor areas for relaxation and interaction with the surroundings. The design also includes a WC and a heating system, addressing the basic needs of occupants and promoting comfortable living conditions throughout the year.

Interior Height

With an interior height of 11.80 meters, the design allows for spacious rooms that can be used for various activities. This verticality enhances the feeling of openness and contributes to a pleasant atmosphere inside. Generous height fosters a sense of freedom and movement, allowing occupants to engage comfortably within their surroundings.

Large glass facades on the upper levels provide expansive views, encouraging occupants to connect with the cityscape below. The thoughtful design injects practicality and comfort into daily life, making it a well-considered addition to the urban environment.
