Located in Dubai, the design of Heritage House represents a contemporary residential approach that integrates historical context with modern living. This project aims to balance sustainability, community engagement, and an understanding of local traditions and climate, reflecting the evolution of architecture within its cultural environment.

### Spatial Organization and Community Engagement

The layout fosters a sense of fluidity and connectivity, centered around a central atrium that serves both as a gathering space and the organizational core for surrounding rooms. This arrangement enhances communal interactions while maintaining individual privacy. Shared spaces are designed to encourage social engagement among residents and neighbors, promoting a sense of community and addressing socio-cultural dynamics in the region.

### Materiality and Aesthetic Integration

Heritage House employs a thoughtful selection of materials to create a dialogue between traditional craftsmanship and modern architectural ideals. The exterior features a dynamic facade constructed with coral stone, concrete, and glass, merging local building techniques with contemporary forms. Internally, the use of light and shadow, high ceilings, and softened curves enhances spatial experience while contributing to energy efficiency through natural insulation.
