The Residence Poets in Povilosta is designed to rethink community living by blending residential spaces with shared areas for social interaction. Located in Povilosta, the aim is to create a welcoming environment that meets the diverse needs of its residents. The overall design focuses on comfort and functionality, allowing individuals and families to thrive together.

Housing Options
The project offers a range of residential units catering to different household sizes. There are homes for one person, accommodating singles who value privacy, as well as units for two people. Additionally, larger houses are available for families or groups, highlighting the project’s commitment to providing tailored living solutions. This variety ensures that residents can find a space that suits their lifestyle and preferences.

Public Spaces
Central to the design are the shared areas that promote community engagement. Walkways and green spaces invite residents to connect with their neighbors. These public spaces are designed to encourage both casual conversations and organized activities, fostering a sense of belonging among everyone who lives there. The layout considers how people move through the area, making it easy to navigate and enjoy.

Functionality and Services
In addition to the residential units and communal spaces, essential services are integrated into the design. Administration and security facilities are positioned to support the residents effectively. This ensures that help is readily available, contributing to a secure and comfortable living environment. The combination of these elements strikes a balance between individual privacy and community safety.

The overall design reflects a modern aesthetic that relates well to the local context. Each residential unit is thoughtfully arranged to promote personal choices while encouraging connections among neighbors. The result is a community that blends private living with opportunities for social interaction, enhancing the quality of life for all residents.
