TILI VINI'S MEMORY is located near Assisi, designed to honor the Tili family's legacy while connecting their estate to the surrounding town. The project blends historical significance with functional residential elements, focusing on community and individual spaces. Guest houses are arranged to create a village atmosphere, encouraging interaction among residents while allowing for personal privacy.

Design Concept

The overall design fosters a welcoming environment that supports both social living and solitude. The layout of guest houses is intentional, ensuring that communal areas promote connection among residents. This configuration allows for shared experiences while providing opportunities for personal reflection.

Spatial Organization

The structure is organized with a clear distinction between functional areas. On the ground floor, there are essential components like entrances, bathrooms, and kitchens. The first floor contains bedrooms and lounges, supporting daily life in a practical way. Shared kitchens and dining rooms act as central gathering points, enabling residents to come together over meals and engage in conversation.

Architectural Language

The architectural design emphasizes a sense of simplicity, which reflects the lifestyle of the Tili family and the local environment. The choice of forms and proportions shows respect for the cultural context, merging traditional elements with contemporary practices. This approach results in a cohesive visual appeal that highlights the heritage of the area while providing a comfortable living space.

Design Details

A key feature of the project is the balance it strikes between communal and personal needs. The guest houses are designed to offer optional separation, allowing residents the choice to interact or enjoy their independence. This flexibility is enhanced by thoughtful arrangements, promoting an inviting environment. Each house contains unique design elements that align with the overall architectural vision, ensuring that every aspect contributes to the residents' experience.
