Bürowächter addresses the urgent housing needs in Berlin by repurposing vacant office buildings into temporary living spaces for people in transition. Located in a city where the population is continuously growing, the project combines the immediate necessity for housing with an approach that aims to rejuvenate underused urban areas. The design concept focuses on creating modular spaces that encourage a sense of community while efficiently utilizing existing architectural structures.
