The Climbing Office Center showcases an innovative blend of office environments and recreational spaces, located in a vibrant urban setting. The design concept focuses on merging traditional workspaces with a climbing center, promoting an active lifestyle among users. This unique combination reimagines the typical work setting, encouraging engagement and productivity.

Spatial Organization

The design features a dual circulation method that enables users to move through the building via traditional elevators or by climbing routes. This approach not only promotes physical activity but also creates an interactive experience between different areas. Employees can choose how they navigate their environment, which encourages exploration and connection within the building.

Visual Continuity

Visual connectivity plays a vital role in the design of the Climbing Office Center. Workrooms are arranged to provide sightlines into the climbing areas, allowing employees to feel a sense of openness and engagement. This arrangement fosters social interaction, merging the professional atmosphere with the lively activities that occur in the climbing sections, enhancing the overall experience.

Functional Design

The interior layout is characterized by a stacking configuration that includes terraces on each floor, creating spaces for recreation. On the first floor, restaurant and kitchen facilities are integrated, offering employees a place to rest and socialize. This setup encourages interaction, linking the climbing experience with daily work routines, and cultivating a balance between work and leisure.

The careful design of private and shared spaces within the offices accommodates various working styles. It allows for both collaboration and focused tasks, ensuring that diverse needs are met. The design promotes functionality while still encouraging social connections among users, resulting in an environment conducive to productivity.

Attention to active living guides the design choices throughout the center. Each element, from circulation options to communal areas, is thoughtfully planned to encourage users to engage with their surroundings and each other, creating a lively and productive atmosphere.
