## Project Overview

The "Beer Space" project is located in a picturesque area characterized by gentle slopes and expansive views. Its primary objective is to create a brewery that doubles as a multisensory experience, featuring diverse functional spaces such as a tasting bar, beer spa, and wellness therapy rooms. The design integrates with its surrounding landscape, maintaining a focus on visitor engagement while respecting the natural topography.

## Spatial Strategy

Organized across three levels, "Beer Space" is designed to facilitate both public and private interactions:

1. **Ground Level**: This level is accessible to the public and includes a brewery, souvenir shop, snack bar, and changing rooms. The layout promotes interaction with the exterior environment, providing multiple access points that establish a connection to the landscape.

2. **First Level**: Anchored by a large terrace, this level houses the brewery and tasting bar. It emphasizes connectivity between public and private spaces, offering sweeping views of the surrounding landscape.

3. **Second Level**: Dedicated to relaxation, this area includes the beer spa and private therapy rooms, complete with panoramic vistas designed to enhance the user experience in a tranquil setting.

## Materiality and Aesthetics

The material choices for "Beer Space" reflect a strong commitment to sustainability and environmental responsiveness. Recycled wood elements are used in the façade and staircase, contributing warmth and symbolizing the project's ecological focus. Basalt tiles, chosen for their thermal properties and aesthetic appeal, constitute part of the cladding, aiding in solar radiation absorption while resonating with the local geological characteristics.

The architectural design features curvilinear forms and flowing lines that evoke natural landscapes, creating dynamic visual experiences as users navigate through the space. The façade combines glass and wood, fostering transparency that invites natural light, thereby enhancing the connection between indoor and outdoor environments. This approach not only emphasizes aesthetic considerations but also prioritizes thermal comfort and energy efficiency, essential for a spa-oriented facility.
