### Project Overview

Manzil Allende is located in an adaptable geographic area, strategically designed to optimize sunlight and natural ventilation while adhering to sustainable architectural principles. The project aims to integrate contemporary design with functional living spaces, catering to the needs of a modern family.

### Spatial Organization and Flexibility

The architectural layout features interconnected spaces that foster fluid movement and interaction, emphasizing adaptability and openness. A designated entry courtyard leads into the main living areas, promoting a welcoming environment. The centrally located living room ensures visibility and connectivity with adjacent spaces, while the first floor offers private bedrooms designed to provide tranquility away from communal activities. The design allows for modifications in room layouts, accommodating evolving family needs over time.

### Material Composition and Sustainability

The material palette of Manzil Allende combines functionality with aesthetic appeal, promoting sustainability throughout. Concrete provides structural integrity, while wood finishes introduce warmth to the interiors. Large glass openings enhance natural light and visual connectivity with the surrounding landscape, and decorative stone cladding adds texture to select façades. Insulation materials are strategically employed to improve energy efficiency, ensuring comfort year-round. Furthermore, passive ventilation strategies are integrated into the design, utilizing wind patterns for natural cooling and heating, and the roof pitch facilitates rainwater collection, underscoring a commitment to environmental sustainability.

### Outdoor Integration

The project thoughtfully incorporates outdoor spaces, creating a harmonious relationship with the natural environment. Landscaped areas extend the living spaces, promoting outdoor engagement and relaxation. This integration enriches the user experience while reinforcing the architectural commitment to sustainability and connectivity with nature.
