### Spatial Strategy and User Interaction

The exterior features a prominent corner entrance, inviting users into an open and unrestricted interior layout. Expansive glass facades create transparency and visual connectivity, allowing natural light to permeate the space while directing attention to the external environment. Within, the strategic organization of areas, including a café linked to community gathering spaces, fosters social interaction and accessibility. The carefully positioned windows enhance sightlines, promoting an enriched user experience throughout the building.
