04
Includes multiple indoor and outdoor communal areas promoting family interaction.
05

### Overview

Located in a context that honors Arabian architectural heritage, the design focuses on integrating traditional values with the demands of modern living. The project, which includes the "Box Story" and "Privacy Intelligence," features a multifunctional residential layout that enhances the living experience through thoughtful spatial organization and material selection.

### Spatial Strategy

The design delineates clear boundaries between public and private zones, positioning service areas such as kitchens and laundries on the ground floor, while more intimate spaces like bedrooms are located on the upper level. This arrangement prioritizes privacy and accessibility to communal areas. The incorporation of internal courtyards facilitates natural ventilation and light, creating a comfortable indoor environment that encourages interaction with both the community and nature. Outdoor living is emphasized through garden and seating areas, promoting a lifestyle that values leisure and connection to the outdoors.

### Material and Environmental Considerations

A careful selection of materials balances durability with aesthetic quality. Concrete serves as the primary structural element, ensuring robustness, while wood is used for sliding doors and internal finishes, contributing warmth to the living spaces. Expansive glazing enhances natural light penetration and fosters connections between indoor and outdoor environments. The landscape incorporates artificial turf and various garden elements, enhancing the aesthetic appeal and offering functional green spaces. Additionally, solar panels integrated into the roofing system promote energy efficiency, reflecting a commitment to sustainable living practices.

Overall, the project embodies a unique balance of tradition and innovation, addressing evolving family dynamics while creating spaces that support well-being and community engagement.
