The hotel is located within a vineyard, highlighting a thoughtful relationship between its architecture and the surrounding landscape. The design aims to harness natural elements like sunlight and wind to create a calming environment. With 40 guest rooms distributed across several levels, the hotel allows visitors to engage with the vineyard while enjoying modern amenities.

KEY FACILITIES

A prominent feature of the design is the check-in/out lobby and wine lounge, which measures 200.53 square meters on the third floor. This space welcomes guests and serves as a platform for experiencing local wines. The wine museum lounge, on the first floor and covering 352.34 square meters, enriches the stay by providing insights into viticulture's history and significance, creating a cultural connection for guests.

COMMUNITY SPACES

Accessibility within the hotel is enhanced by a connecting bridge that measures 74.26 meters on the third floor. This bridge links key areas, making it easy for guests to move throughout the hotel. The restaurant, also located on the third floor, spans 246.52 square meters and offers views of the vineyard, allowing guests to enjoy meals in an appealing setting. Adjacent to it, a 349.56-square-meter indoor pool provides a relaxing space that connects visitors to their natural surroundings.

WELLNESS AND RELAXATION

The layout includes wellness facilities with locker and fitness areas measuring 970.71 square meters across the second and third floors. This dedicated space supports guest health and relaxation. The banquet hall on the second floor, measuring 760.86 square meters, offers flexibility for various events while maintaining a spacious and bright environment. Additionally, Vino-Terrace serves as an outdoor area that blends with the vineyard, providing a peaceful retreat for visitors.

AESTHETIC HARMONY

The hotel features a rooftop terrace above the lobby, creating a social space for guests to gather over food and wine while enjoying scenic views of the vineyard. This terrace allows for an inviting atmosphere where guests can connect with nature and each other. The design prioritizes natural light and open views, enhancing the overall experience of being in the vineyard setting. The cascading structure maintains a close relationship with the landscape, drawing visitors into the rich environment that surrounds them.
