The Alexandra Terrace Tower project brings a fresh perspective to urban living in Swiss Cottage. It aims to create a community-centered environment that emphasizes sustainability. The design integrates a variety of housing types, green spaces, and pathways for alternative transportation. This thoughtful approach addresses modern urban challenges while promoting a better quality of life for residents.

Sustainability Focus

The architectural framework emphasizes limited energy use and eco-friendly practices throughout the development. By incorporating features that reduce the carbon footprint, the project aligns with global environmental goals. There are energy-efficient systems and water-saving measures in place, highlighting a commitment to ecological responsibility at every level of design.

Community Integration

At the heart of the design is the idea of bringing people together. Various blocks within the development, especially Block A, feature car-free areas that promote lively public spaces conducive to social interaction. The layout encourages walking and cycling, reducing traffic and fostering a stronger sense of belonging among residents.

Diverse Housing Typologies

Different building types are thoughtfully included in the design, such as towers, terraced houses, and condominiums. This mixture addresses the needs of various groups, including families, students, and individuals. Each type of housing is designed for functionality and comfort, providing a flexible living environment for a diverse community.

Public Amenities

Convenience is key in this development, with amenities like supermarkets, schools, and restaurants strategically located within the area. These services encourage everyday interactions among residents. With wide pedestrian paths and designated bicycle lanes, the design promotes walking and cycling and reinforces a commitment to sustainable transport options.

Landscaping elements play a key role, creating inviting spaces for relaxation and social interaction while enhancing the overall aesthetics of the area. The views of the landscaped terraces reflect a thoughtful integration of nature into the urban context, allowing greenery to flourish alongside modern living.
