The Sun Pavilion is a space designed for meditation and the creation of floral scents, situated in a meadow surrounded by trees. Its design promotes a strong connection to nature while inviting individuals to enter and engage in reflection. The concept focuses on enhancing the experience of the senses, making it a place for quiet contemplation and creativity.

Radial Configuration
The pavilion features a radial configuration, constructed with a wooden frame repeated twenty-eight times. This design not only supports the structure but also creates an inviting atmosphere. The layout encourages people to come together and participate in both personal meditation and shared activities related to the cultivation of floral essences.

Movable Enclosure
A distinctive aspect of the design is the movable curtain. When closed, it provides privacy, making the pavilion an ideal spot for meditation. When opened, it reveals an altar for creating floral scents. This adaptability allows visitors to customize their experience, whether they seek solitude or wish to engage with others in a communal setting.

Sensory Engagement
Sensory elements are thoughtfully integrated into the design. Visitors can hear the wind through the trees, smell the forest, and feel sunlight streaming into the space. These features enhance the atmosphere, creating an environment that encourages peace and reflection. The attention to these sensory details helps visitors connect with nature and themselves.

The exterior of the pavilion uses a traditional technique that burns the wood to protect it. This not only extends the life of the materials but also allows the structure to blend with its natural surroundings. The dark color of the wood becomes part of the landscape, supporting the pavilion's role as a tranquil retreat for meditation and sensory engagement.
