### Project Overview

The coffee kiosk design, referred to as "Bean," is intended for deployment in urban centers across Northern Europe, including cities such as Stockholm, Helsinki, Oslo, and Copenhagen. This project merges functionality with architectural innovation, aiming to connect coffee culture’s historical lineage with contemporary design.

### Spatial Configuration and User Interaction

The configuration of the kiosk emphasizes adaptability and user engagement. It is organized into three distinct functional zones that cater to various stages of coffee preparation and consumption, thus enriching the overall sensory experience. The design promotes visibility during the coffee-making process, enhancing user interactions and fostering a communal environment.

### Material Selection and Sustainability

The material palette reflects a commitment to both aesthetic appeal and sustainability. Key materials include:

- **Laminated Wood**: Chosen for its structural durability and thermal performance.
- **MDF (Medium Density Fiberboard)**: Utilized for cabinetry and paneling, offering versatility and economic efficiency.
- **Brushed Aluminum**: Incorporated for cladding, providing modernity while ensuring resilience to outdoor conditions.
- **Insulated Glass**: Enhances natural lighting, contributing to energy efficiency and an inviting atmosphere.
- **Wood Cladding**: Employed to create a warm and harmonious interaction with the surrounding environment.

The modular design enables efficient assembly and reconfiguration, allowing the kiosk to adapt to various climate conditions and urban contexts without compromising its functional identity.
