5 key facts about this project
01
Suites are designed to blend seamlessly with the landscape while maximizing privacy and views.
02
The hotel includes a multifunctional enclosure for receptions, concerts, and weddings, promoting social interaction.
03
A variety of leisure amenities, including a kid's club and playgrounds, cater to families and enhance guest experience.
04

05
The extensive use of wood not only creates a warm aesthetic but also reinforces sustainability throughout the design.

The Monte D'Oiro Treehouse Hotel is located within a peaceful vineyard landscape, offering a unique escape for guests. The design aims to blend with the natural surroundings, providing 40 suites that promise a tranquil and immersive experience. By focusing on nature, the intention is to create a space where visitors feel connected to their environment.

Design Concept
-
Suites are arranged into two distinct zones. Zone 2 holds 21 suites, while Zone 4 contains 19. This configuration takes advantage of the natural slope of the land, which allows for privacy and beautiful views from each suite. The layout cleverly adapts to the landscape, enhancing the relationship between the hotel and its setting.

Social Spaces
-
An essential part of the design includes an open enclosure meant for receptions, concerts, and weddings. This multifunctional area encourages social interaction among guests and fosters a sense of community. With a balcony included, the space allows for better views and can accommodate larger gatherings, making it a central feature of the hotel.

Leisure Amenities
-
Zone 5 focuses on leisure and recreation, featuring outdoor swimming pools, a gazebo, playgrounds, and a kid's club. These amenities aim to provide a variety of activities for guests, promoting both relaxation and enjoyment. This thoughtful inclusion helps create an engaging environment that caters to guests of all ages.

Accessibility Features
-
Accessibility is an important consideration in the design. Each suite has balconies that offer shade from the sun, enhancing comfort. The hotel is equipped to support individuals with reduced mobility, including an elevator that connects key areas. This attention to detail allows for a more inclusive experience for all guests.

The design notably employs wood for the suites and restaurant, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere. This choice supports the overall goal of connecting the building with its natural surroundings, encouraging guests to immerse themselves in the serene landscape.
