### Overview of the Project

Located in a serene environment, the "House Overgrown by Nature" is designed to provide a supportive and engaging living space for seniors. This design integrates elements of nature with an emphasis on sustainability, aiming to enhance the overall well-being and quality of life for its residents. The project reflects a commitment to fostering both physical and emotional health while addressing the needs of an aging population.

### Spatial Integration and Natural Elements

The design promotes a strong connection between the residents and the surrounding landscape through various architectural strategies. The building is set into the terrain to minimize its visual footprint from the main street, allowing for optimal privacy and stunning views of the natural surroundings. Extensive landscaping and thoughtfully placed greenery throughout the site support a tranquil atmosphere and encourage residents to interact with the outdoors. Additional features include balconies and shaded areas designed for relaxation and socialization, integrating biodiversity into daily life.

### Material Selection and Sustainability

The selection of materials plays a critical role in achieving both aesthetic appeal and environmental sustainability. Wood is utilized for its warmth and inviting presence, while limestone contributes durability and a natural texture at the base of the structure. Concrete forms the foundational elements, providing stability and support. The inclusion of white fabric and anthracite steel in various design components creates a cohesive visual balance. The architectural design also incorporates sustainable practices such as solar energy, natural ventilation, and efficient water management systems, minimizing the building’s environmental impact while enhancing its functionality. Each of these choices reflects a commitment to a harmonious relationship with nature, ensuring that the design is both practical and environmentally responsible.
