Competition
The Manila Bay Central Park Challenge is organized by SM Prime Holdings and Buildner. This exclusive, invitation-only competition aims to design a landmark park for Manila’s future Central Business District. The client has ambitiously set a goal to create a space that rivals the iconic Marina Bay Sands in Singapore. The competition seeks to develop a sustainable and iconic public space that will serve as a visual and cultural beacon for the city.
Invited participants are tasked with creating a cohesive design that enhances urban connectivity, promotes community engagement, and incorporates environmentally sustainable practices.
The prize fund for the winning design is 350,000 euros. The winning design will set the tone for future development, establishing the park as a vibrant hub for both locals and visitors.
