The CROSS WALL HOUSE presents a carefully designed residential space that emphasizes functionality and organization. Located in an undefined setting, the architecture features a layout that integrates various areas to support practical living. The design focuses on creating an effective relationship between spaces, with a keen eye on addressing everyday needs, such as water management.

Water Management

A key aspect of the CROSS WALL HOUSE is water management. The design includes clear water tanks and areas designated as heavy water parks. These features are intentionally placed within the layout to enhance accessibility and ensure effective use of water resources. The architecture reflects a strong commitment to sustainability, showing that thoughtful choices can lead to better water usage in a home.

Spatial Organization

The spaces within the house are arranged with precision, clearly defining functional areas, such as workspaces, storage, and gathering zones. This organization allows for easy movement between different sections, improving the overall usability of the design. The use of wall elevations and sections adds verticality, making the living environment feel more dynamic and engaging while encouraging interaction among residents.

Focal Points

The layout includes a central area that serves as a focal point for social interactions. This space is designed to promote connection and collaboration among people living in the house. By creating areas meant for gathering, the design encourages a sense of community and engagement. Such careful planning adds to the warmth of the home, making it an inviting space for both residents and visitors.

The integration of vertical elements enhances the overall structure and adds to its practical appeal. Each design choice reflects a balance between comfort and utility, resulting in a home that is both functional and pleasant to live in.
