The TILI HILL project is located in Capodacqua, Italy, and serves as a hotel designed to enhance the experience of its guests while respecting its natural surroundings. Situated along Via l' Trav. di Via Ponte Pazienza, the structure is organized across multiple levels. It balances private guest areas with communal spaces, ensuring easy movement throughout and access for all users. The overall design philosophy reflects a commitment to creating a welcoming environment that addresses the needs of modern hospitality.

Site Layout

The layout of the building is carefully planned, featuring distinct spaces that cater to different functions. Site plans show a clear organization at scales of 1:100 for the site and guest rooms and 1:500 for the basement and other floors. This well-defined arrangement separates guest rooms from public areas, allowing for privacy while ensuring convenience. Clear pathways for cars and pedestrians further contribute to a smooth flow throughout the complex.

Functional Programming

Guest accommodations are strategically placed on the ground and first floors. This allows guests to enjoy both comfort and scenic views of the landscape. A central lobby and reception area welcome visitors, serving as a key point for social interaction. The inclusion of a restaurant and coffee shop adds essential communal spaces for relaxation and gatherings. Sufficient parking facilities are also part of the plan, improving access for all who visit.

Landscaping and Environmental Integration

Landscaping elements are thoughtfully incorporated into the project, enhancing both appearance and functionality. Features such as a pool, decks, and greenery create inviting areas for outdoor activities. These elements encourage a close relationship with nature, providing visitors with a peaceful atmosphere.

Construction and Material Use

Attention has been paid to the selection of materials, which are integral to the design. Plasterboard provides smooth finishes and helps with sound insulation, contributing to a comfortable indoor setting. Wooden structures made of timber and plywood add strength and stability. The use of terracotta tiles brings local character and a sense of place, further connecting the structure to the region.

A rooftop terrace offers expansive views of the surrounding landscape, serving as an extra space for relaxation and reflection.
